  • What are the requirements to occupying a residential home?

    All individuals seeking residence must be 18 and older, have some form of income or insurance that accepts residential living, drug free, and complete an assessment by our Provider.

  • How many individuals will live in each residential home?

    Each residential home will occupy no more than six individuals in private or semi-private suites, depending on your personalized care plan.

  • Do I have to furnish my own suite?

    No! Our residents enjoy the convenience of not having to worry about furnishing or supplying their suites. All homes are fully furnished and decorated with a warm, aesthetic touch.

  • Can I pick which home I'd like to occupy?

    Absolutely! Our homes are within the proximity of shopping centers, local grocery stores, public transportation, and hospitals.

  • What if I need medical care because of a disability?

    We have licensed Providers, nurses, CNA’s and direct support staff to provide all residential care and services that may be needed. For more complex patient care, our Provider will work directly with you to plan a thorough care plan with your Primary care Provider.

  • What is the process?

    Contact one of our team members and schedule a consultation! From there, a care coordinator will complete your intake and inform you of our available units. Then, we will schedule a tour with our Provider to complete your assessment and resident forms. There is no wait to move in once assessment is complete.
